Our Studio Series
In 1999, the Relatives Program was developed to expand the artistic family at ATC and provide a forum for new plays still in their developmental stages. They also serve as an extended artistic family, pitching projects, giving feedback on shows, and serving as ambassadors in the artistic community. Fifty artists are now part of the Relatives. Each season, ATC's Relatives typically do eight public readings of new or rediscovered plays. Many plays have gone on to full productions at ATC or elsewhere, including Chagrin Falls (Stage Left) and Echoes of Another Man (Actor's Express in Atlanta) by Mia McCullough, Ariadne's Thread (Victory Gardens) by Ann Noble, Flung (ATC) by Lisa Dillman and Martin Furey's Shot (TimeLine) by Maureen Gallagher.
